I love all staff.they were very polite, very helpful, and accommodating. The hotel is also clean and housekeeping always clean our room.

This place was great!! It had a wonderful breakfast set up. great selection. The pool was great for the little kids. A 4 year old and 8 year old. It does get busy though. It’s so fun for the kids and there is also a hot tub. For us the location was great. West Edmonton mall is not far. The room we got was quite big. We got a cot for one of the kids and there was still lots of room for the kids to play. There is also a restaurant right there in the same parking lot so that was convenient.

Staff were professional, personable and friendly, quality breakfast, good gym and comfortable room, plus excellent restaurant on site for evenings too.

This hotel is wonderful, the staff is very excellent and the cleaning ladies are meticulous. The breakfast has good options and the coffee is always on.

Breakfast was lovely and cleaning, breakfast attendants and staff were amazing, that is why I gave a higher rating as they made it worth the price. For one night in that location and style I’d normally pay $130-$150

Breakfast was great. Water slide was great. 24 hour gym was awesome, as well as hours for pool and breakfast. Staff was good. Location was great for us.

Amazing staff, amazing location. I'm thinking about a huge trip this summer and now want to switch all my hotels to Wingate. The pool was great, hot tub hot. Our room was clean ans our bed was so comfortable. You guys have the best pillows. Usually hotel breakfast is yuck lol but the egg and cheese ready to go omlets were boss and my kids enjoyed the waffles. The passion fruit juice was sooooo good and the place is under 10 minutes to West Edmonton Mall and is surrounded by liquor stores, restaurants, shops etc within walking distance. We will most definitely be back

I was on a year end field trip with my grade 7 students. They loved the pool and the slide and being able to spend the night together in the family suites. The supervisors/adults really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

The breakfast was nice! My family loved the pool area. It was close to west Edmonton mall and the staff were lovely.
